Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
The Founding Artist Program is available to new vendors approved by The Green Easel. Approval is at the sole discretion of The Green Easel. To qualify for the Founding Artist commission rate, approved vendors must:- 1. Complete account registration
- 2. Set up an active payment method
- 3. Publish at least one original artwork listing
- The Founding Artist commission rate will not take effect until these steps are completed.
- Limited Availability
The 10% commission rate is limited to the first 25 approved artists or until June 1, 2026, whichever occurs first. - Commission Term
Approved Founding Artists will receive a reduced 10% commission rate for twelve (12) months from the date of account approval. After this period, the standard commission rate (currently 18%) will automatically apply. - Processing Fees
The Green Easel covers standard payment processing fees associated with platform sales during the Founding Artist promotional period. Artists will not be charged additional payment processing fees beyond the stated commission. - Account Standing
To maintain Founding Artist status, vendors must remain in good standing and comply with all marketplace policies, including but not limited to product authenticity, content standards, and customer service expectations. - Program Modifications
The Green Easel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Founding Artist Program at any time. Changes will not affect commission terms already granted to approved Founding Artists during their active 12-month promotional period.
